Thank you for using hongry.dev and its subdomain web services—including TrueTime, HereWeather, EV-Lens, Public-Lens, anyTools, and MoodCast (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our websites, guides, and utilities.

1. Purpose and Scope of the Service

The Service provides free web-based utility applications (precision server clock TrueTime, hyper-local weather viewer HereWeather, live EV charger map EV-Lens, 19-category public amenity map Public-Lens, client-side utility suite anyTools, and emotional weather journal MoodCast) alongside practical user guides and software engineering articles.

2. Device Permissions and Client-Side Processing

• HereWeather, EV-Lens, and Public-Lens may request browser location (GPS) permission to display information relevant to your current coordinates. You may decline this permission and continue using manual search and all documentation features.
• Document viewing, conversion, and encoding tools in anyTools operate locally inside your browser. Please keep backup copies of important original files before performing conversions.

3. Third-Party Advertising and External Links

We display advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of the Service, and our articles may contain links to official government portals or external technical references. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or transactions of third-party websites.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• Server Timing Disclaimers (TrueTime): While TrueTime measures round-trip time (RTT) to estimate server clocks, slight millisecond differences may occur due to network jitter, CDN edge caching, or browser timer throttling.
• Open Data Disclaimers (HereWeather, EV-Lens, Public-Lens): Weather forecasts, EV charger availability, and public facility information are sourced from public APIs (Korea Meteorological Administration, Korea Environment Corporation, Ministry of the Interior and Safety, and local municipalities). Due to upstream update intervals or on-site changes, displayed statuses may differ from real-time physical conditions.
• Self-Reflection Tool Disclaimer (MoodCast): MoodCast is a personal journaling utility and does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
• No Liability for Outcomes: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from ticket booking outcomes, course registration, driving/charging routes, facility visits, or file conversions.

5. Changes and Maintenance

We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service for infrastructure maintenance, upstream API changes, or feature improvements.

6. Intellectual Property

All original articles, guides, UI designs, logos, and source code on hongry.dev are protected by copyright laws. Sharing links with proper attribution is welcome, but unauthorized bulk scraping, republication, or commercial redistribution of our content is prohibited.
