hongry.dev 및 관련 서브도메인 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 본 약관은 귀하가 당사 서비스를 이용함에 따른 이용 조건, 권리 및 의무 관계를 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스의 목적 및 내용

본 서비스는 이용자의 일상 편의를 위한 유틸리티(정밀 시간 동기화 알람 TrueTime, 위치 기반 기상 예보 조회 HereWeather 등)를 무료로 개발 및 배포하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

2. 기기 기능의 사용 및 위치 정보

  • HereWeather 서비스는 초국지성 날씨 데이터를 매핑하기 위해 웹 브라우저의 GPS 위치 정보 접근을 요청합니다. 위치 정보의 처리는 전적으로 이용자 브라우저 기기 내에서 처리되며 당사 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
  • 이용자가 해당 접근 권한 제공을 거부할 경우 해당 기기 기반 날씨 조회 서비스 이용이 일부 제한될 수 있습니다.

3. 제3자 광고 및 외부 링크

본 서비스는 광고 송출 플랫폼(구글 애드센스, 에조익 등)을 통해 광고를 게재하며, 이를 통해 제3자 웹사이트로 연결되는 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 제3자 사이트의 서비스 신뢰성, 내용, 또는 이로 인해 발생하는 모든 거래나 분쟁에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 서비스의 품질 및 보증의 한계 (면책조항)

  • 초정밀 시간 보증 한계: TrueTime은 가능한 최상의 네트워크 프로토콜(RTT 측정 등)을 사용하여 실시간 정밀 동기화 시간을 제공하고자 노력하지만, 이용자의 로컬 네트워크 지연, 하드웨어 성능 및 브라우저 프로세스 스케줄링 등으로 인해 수 밀리초(ms) 단위의 미세한 오차가 발생할 수 있습니다.
  • 날씨 정보 한계: HereWeather가 제공하는 날씨 정보는 기상청 단기예보 API 데이터를 실시간 가공하여 제공하므로, 기상청 소스 데이터의 무결성, 지연 여부 혹은 일시적 제공 중단에 대해 어떠한 직접적 보증도 하지 않습니다.
  • 따라서, 본 서비스를 이용함에 따른 수강신청 실패, 티켓 예매 실패, 기상 예보 불일치 등으로 발생하는 이용자의 시간적, 경제적, 정신적 피해 및 모든 간접적 손실에 대해 서비스 운영자는 어떠한 배상 책임도 지지 않습니다. 서비스의 이용 결과에 대한 판단과 책임은 전적으로 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

5. 서비스의 중단 및 변경

운영자는 서비스의 개선, 시스템 유지보수, 예산 문제 또는 기타 불가피한 사정이 있는 경우 사전 고지 없이 서비스의 전체 또는 일부를 임의로 변경하거나 일시 중단, 또는 완전히 종료할 수 있습니다.

6. 지적 재산권

본 서비스의 웹 디자인, 로고, 소스 코드 및 그래픽 자산은 운영자의 고유 자산이며 저작권법 및 관련 국제 협약에 의해 보호됩니다. 무단 전재, 복제, 수정 및 상업적 배포는 금지됩니다.

7. 준거법 및 관할법원

본 약관의 해석 및 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁에 대해서는 서비스 개발자/운영자의 거주 국가의 관련 법률을 준거법으로 하며, 해당 관할 법원을 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.

  • The HereWeather application requests browser location (GPS) permissions to map your location parameters to weather grid forecasts. All coordinate calculations are executed locally within your client browser and are not saved on our servers.
  • You may refuse this permission, which will block location-based weather querying features.

3. Third-Party Advertising and Links

We display advertisements via advertising networks (e.g., Google AdSense, Ezoic) and include links to third-party web pages. We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, or transactions associated with external third-party sites.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Precision Timing Disclaimers: While TrueTime utilizes specialized logic (such as RTT round-trip calculations) to display highly accurate server timing, discrepancies of milliseconds may arise due to network congestion, hardware performance, or browser scheduler limitations.
  • Weather Integrity Disclaimers: The meteorological data shown on HereWeather is processed dynamically from Korean Meteorological Administration public APIs. We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, validity, or completeness of such data.
  • No Liability for Outcomes: The developer of this Service shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your reliance on the Service, including but not limited to failing to secure booking tickets, missed class registrations, scheduling mistakes, or meteorological prediction updates. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

5. Modification and Interruption of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, for any reason (including maintenance, upgrades, or financial concerns), without prior notice or liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, typography layouts, logos, source codes, and assets utilized in the Service are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, extraction, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
